(USA) Overnight Stocking Coach

Position Summary Lead and develop store teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates during store operations. Provide feedback and support to ensure customer service standards are met, financial performance targets are achieved, and store operations run efficiently. Responsibilities Teach, train, mentor, and coach associates, setting clear expectations and providing recognition. Manage and support customer service initiatives, including store community outreach and issue resolution. Drive financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses. Ensure merchandising, inventory flow, seasonal transitions, and operational processes meet company standards. Identify and implement process improvements to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals. Recruit, hire, and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs. Build high‑performing teams that embrace differences and foster a culture of belonging. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics, supporting the Open Door Policy. Act responsibly with integrity, serving customers and members with a customer‑first focus. Promote continuous learning and adapt to new technologies and business initiatives. Qualifications 2 years of college, or 1 year of retail experience with 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience. Successful completion of required job‑training and assessments, including Academy and Open Door trainings. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership. Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination responsibilities. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary range: $65,000.00 – $100,000.00. Performance‑based bonuses. Health benefits: medical, vision, dental coverage.
