Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Governance Architect / Data Management Consultant with strong Microsoft Purview expertise to support a Medicaid modernization initiative. The consultant will be responsible for establishing data governance frameworks, documenting enterprise data assets, developing interface documentation, and delivering data management recommendations across Medicaid systems. Primary Responsibilities
• Lead Medicaid data governance and data management initiatives.
• Build and maintain Data Catalogs and Data Lineage documentation.
• Create and maintain Interface Registry documentation.
• Develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• Develop Data Governance and Data Management Plans.
• Create Interface Management Plans.
• Analyze and document data flows between Medicaid systems.
• Assess existing data architecture and recommend improvements.
• Identify risks related to current data management practices.
• Recommend governance, cataloging, lineage, and metadata management tools.
• Work with State Medicaid and IT teams to document system integrations and data movement.
