Job Title: CONTRACT - RN - MED SURG/TELE 5C (612) - 13 WEEKS - 7:00P-7:00A

Location: Austin, TX

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 1387.76 - 1457.15

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: BLS; IV Certification for LVNs; NIH

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a neuro medical/surgical unit with a patient ratio of 1:5.
• Monitor patients using equipment such as Welch Allyn Vital sign, COWs, Hoyer lift, PCA pumps, CareView Virtual Sitter, Telepsych, Teleneuro.
• Assist with procedures including stroke NIH, EEGs, gastric decompression, and wound care.
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to unit policies and dress code requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR.
