About This Role The RN position on the 3 South unit at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital involves providing individualized nursing care, interpreting medical plans, and ensuring safe and competent nursing practices. Highlights Pay: $32.29 - $62.57/Hourly Location: Dover, NH Facility: Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Schedule: Full‑Time, Night shift Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 Sign on Bonus Available for Full time and Part time positions What You'll Do Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records. Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects. Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Requirements Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience: Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in New Hampshire required Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP) preferred Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification (PALS) preferred About Mass General Brigham Mass General Brigham is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
