Product Specialist – Private Wealth This role provides investment detail to client stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, focuses on Blackstone’s Private Equity strategies, and supports Private Wealth sales initiatives across global channels. Responsibilities Assist in answering client and sales inquiries about Blackstone’s products and market views. Analyze the competitive landscape by reviewing peers’ filings and presentations, distilling key qualitative and quantitative takeaways. Manage client-facing work through Blackstone’s Legal & Compliance infrastructure. Collaborate with Private Wealth functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Investor Services, Finance) to support product initiatives. Enhance capital markets acumen to contextualize Blackstone’s offerings in diversified investment portfolios. Identify process improvements to increase efficiency of information sharing and communication with sales and global coordination. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Investment Sales, or Asset Management. Series7 and63 license, or ability to obtain within a year of employment; CFA/CAIA a plus. Working knowledge of the alternatives industry and competitive landscape. Experience with Private Equity markets and investing from a wealth perspective is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills for distilling complex investment topics for end‑users. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with sales teams, investment teams, and other stakeholders. Proficiency with analytical tools (Microsoft Office, Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg). Compensation and Benefits Expected annual base salary range: $130,000 – $175,000. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses and equity opportunities.
