Michigan Millers is seeking a Commercial Support Specialist to join our team! The individual in this role will be responsible for providing support to our specialty lines teams.

Responsibilities And Opportunities Of This Role Include:

• Performs duties that are administrative in nature.
• Keeps accurate and current records in designated systems that are accessible to others.
• Amends policies per agent requests based on authority level.
• Researches agent requests.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.

Must-Have Qualifications For A Candidate Include:

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain focus throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in multiple software systems simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Prior insurance industry experience.
• Prior Guidewire experience.

Compensation Overview:

The full hiring range for this role is $19.72 - $23.66 per hour. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience of each candidate as well as other factors such as the scope and location of the role. Candidates looking for compensation outside of the posted range are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on their individual qualifications and / or may be considered for other positions.
