Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well‑being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Interpersonal Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment. Requirements: Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
