Software Engineer – Java & Linux

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java development and Linux environments to support enterprise-grade, high-performance applications in distributed computing environments.

• Strong experience with enterprise/server-side Java development
• Experience with the Spring Framework and Dependency Injection
• Experience developing applications in high-performance, multi-threaded, distributed computing environments
• Strong proficiency working in Linux-based development environments
• Experience using:
  • Git
  • Maven
  • Gradle

• Experience developing analytics using:
  • Apache Hadoop
  • HDFS
  • MapReduce
• Experience designing and developing applications with:
  • Apache Accumulo
  • Similar NoSQL databases
• Experience processing:
  • Large datasets
  • High-volume data ingest pipelines
• Experience monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting:
  • Apache Accumulo
  • Apache Hadoop
  • Apache Zookeeper deployments

Experience Required:

8+ years with a technical degree 

12+ years without a technical degree

CLEARANCE REQUIRED:

TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Other Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship

Compensation Spotlight:  

For this role, our typical salary range starts at $160,000 and stretches up to $250,000. But here's the deal – we're not about capping your potential.
