Full-time, entry level, optical lens laboratory position with growth potential available in established business for sharp, responsible individual.

Primary responsibilities:

· Multi-Line Telephone,

· Order Entry & Receipt,

· Filing,

· Mail,

· Inventory Management,

· Administrative support duties will include assisting Manager, answering customer questions, Billing Support and Health Fair and Customer Outreach,

· Additional administrative responsibilities and training opportunities available with proven progress!

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma, or GED, additional education or optical experience a plus,

· 2-3 years of work experience preferred,

· Attention to detail, good verbal & written communication skills, and basic computer and telephone skills.

· Office hours are 9:00 - 5:30 Monday through Friday
