Physical Therapist PRN

Role Overview: This position involves providing professional and technical physical therapy care to patients in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, implement therapies, and perform ongoing re-assessments and discharge planning. Engage actively in team efforts to enhance patient care and experience. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Basic Life Support Certification. Valid Physical Therapy license or temporary license. Minimum of 1 year licensed PT experience. Strong communication skills, accountability, initiative, and a collaborative attitude.
