Findlay Lodge No. 698 Loyal Order of Moose is looking for dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our team in Findlay, OH! This is a great opportunity to be part of a tight-knit community organization where your culinary skills will be valued and appreciated. If you enjoy working in a friendly, community-focused environment, we'd love to have you on board! Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to lodge menu and member requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times
- Assist with food prep, including chopping, portioning, and staging ingredients
- Handle proper food storage and rotation following health and safety guidelines
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Prior kitchen, food service, or restaurant experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
