Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based. \n

- Collaborate with clients in establishing therapeutic goals and systematically monitor their journey towards achieving these objectives. \n
- Provide teletherapy services to ensure access for individuals who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual engagement. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to support ethical practices and meet regulatory requirements. \n

Your role will involve working primarily with individuals and families dealing with various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. - Possession of a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n
