Nursing Aide Certified-SCH Med/Surg-FT/Days

The Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) functions under the direction of a licensed professional nurse. Under the supervision of the nurse, CNAs perform care appropriate to the patient population served and meet daily routine patient care needs. The CNA performs their duties based on the unit care delivery model. This role collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver care as outlined by the nurse. The CNA adheres to a culture reflective of Centra's best practices for quality and service, creates and maintains a safe patient environment, and contributes to a healthy work environment.
