Pay: Annual earning potential of $60,000 to $100,000+ based on performance

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Rotating every 3rd Saturday

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers

• Greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, and document service needs

• Provide clear estimates for repairs and maintenance

• Recommend services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs

• Deliver exceptional follow-up and communication throughout the service process.

Who We're Looking For:

• Prior experience as an automotive Service Advisor required

• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service

• Excellent communication, sales, and organizational skills

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual sales and gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
