The Oaks Academy in Brownwood, Texas ✨ The Oaks is a secure post-adjudication facility located in Brownwood, Texas, that provides comprehensive services to young men and women (13-17), using a trauma-informed, strength-based, gender responsive model. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions, and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features group, individual, and family therapy, on-site schooling, individual dorm rooms, and extracurricular opportunities for the young men. starting at $20.00/hour+ depending on relevant education, qualifications, and Juvenile Supervision Officer (JSO) experience Perks & Benefits:

What you will do:

The Administrative Assistant works as a staff member of the Administrative Office team and assists the designated supervisor and other site employees. Primarily responsible for providing administrative assistance as required by management and/or program staff and ensuring all administrative office procedures comply with ROP-established professional standards. The Administrative Assistant reports to the designated department supervisor. To be considered you should:

Possess a High School Diploma in a relevant field ~ At least three years of experience working in an office environment ~Experience and success in office management ~

Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License Schedule:
