Licensed Mental Health Therapist Teletherapist (LCSW, LPC)

Teletherapist (child, family, adult) Position is full‑time or part‑time (minimum of 7 sessions per week). Licensed in Virginia as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP. Licenses in multiple states are encouraged. Teletherapy is offered throughout Virginia and beyond. Work from home or your own office with a steady stream of clients and income. MySpectrum provides outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on autism, substance abuse, mental health, and whole life spectrum. We seek therapists who can engage clients virtually and who are comfortable with a diverse caseload. Job Summary The Teletherapist will provide therapy through a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform in standard 45–60 minute sessions. Full‑time therapists will have an average caseload of about 30 client sessions per week. Part‑time therapists are required to offer at least 7 sessions per week. Responsibilities and Duties Provide therapy virtually in 45–60 minute blocks. Complete assessments. Complete treatment plans. Complete progress notes. Provide input on strategies, techniques, and services to help clients. Be an integral part of MySpectrum. Qualifications & Skills Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels; licenses in multiple states are encouraged. Experience working with diverse populations. Desire to contribute to a growing company and share input on client services. Flexibility to commit and grow a caseload.
