Systems Modeling, Simulation and Analysis Engineer

• Design and implement signal processing algorithms, including detection, estimation, and statistical filtering.
• Perform detailed modeling and simulation of RF and optical systems to assess capabilities.
• Analyze experimental field test data to validate system performance and algorithm effectiveness.
• Integrate hardware and software components for experimental test assets.
• Present technical findings and research results to internal teams and project sponsors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in systems analysis, radar systems engineering, or statistical data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MATLAB, including object-oriented programming, anonymous functions, and specialized toolboxes (such as phased array).
• Strong background in radar signal processing, linear algebra, Fourier transforms, and Wiener filtering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Openness to occasional domestic or international travel.
