Pay Range: $17-$19 hourly Starting Pay: $17/hr At 3 Months: $17.50/hr At 6 Months: $18/hr In your first year, you can progress from $17/hr to $19/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. About The Role Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors with our custom car haulers (a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler; training is provided). Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicle safety. Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system. Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy. Candidates must obtain a notary license in their local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (sponsored by Carvana). Candidates must satisfy state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems. Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, Missouri employees must obtain a chauffeur’s license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment (sponsored by Carvana). California employees must obtain a vehicle verifier license within the first 90 days of employment (sponsored by Carvana). Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia employees must apply for a salesperson license within the first two weeks of employment (sponsored by Carvana); obtaining this license is a condition of employment. General Qualifications And Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as detailing vehicles and loading/unloading onto haulers in indoor/outdoor conditions with occasional inclement/extreme weather. Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours). Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Requires high and low levels of movement with ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat. Requires grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling items up to 50 lbs. Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
