Utilize salon software like Gloss Genius to schedule appointments, manage client information, and process retail sales efficiently. Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable products and services, upselling retail items like hair care products to enhance client satisfaction. Support store management with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and handling inquiries professionally. Mentor junior team members in hair styling techniques, sanitation practices, and customer service excellence to foster a collaborative environment. Experience Proven experience in hair styling with knowledge of current trends and techniques. Familiarity with salon software systems such as Gloss Genius for appointment scheduling and client management. Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and provide exceptional customer service. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and salon safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.
