This role blends FP&A, financial reporting, and hands-on accounting while partnering closely with finance and operational leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare finance and FP&A experience, can contribute quickly, and has the potential to grow into a Finance Manager-level role. What You’ll Do* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning* Build financial models and perform variance and profitability analysis* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and executive financial reporting* Analyze financial trends and provide actionable recommendations* Support P&L management and strategic decision-making* Assist with accruals, reconciliations, AP, and month-end close* Partner closely with finance and operational leadership* Improve financial processes, reporting, and data accuracyWhat We’re Looking For* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field* 7–10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience* Healthcare finance experience required* Strong FP&A experience in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting* Experience with accruals, reconciliations, AP, and month-end close* Advanced Excel skills* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilitiesPreferred* CPA or CFA* 2–3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience* Hospital, health system, clinic, or provider organization experience## Job RequirementsHealthcare industry exp, 7 years #J-18808-Ljbffr
