What we’re looking for: Someone responsible for daily functions required in Credit Department. Someone to perform and monitor loan maintenance and advances on Jack Henry. Someone to answer phone and review reports for quality control. What would make you a great fit: You possess strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to work as part of the team. You have working knowledge of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft365. You can manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously. You care about your community and have a desire to be involved. What you’ll do: Review daily reports, which may include Loan Maintenance, CIF Maintenance, AFTs, expiring messages, zero balance accounts, ordered loan coupons, partial pay and review all loan payments from previous day. Assist customers with loan servicing questions, including internal calls from lenders and administrative assistants. Scan loan/credit related documents into Synergy.
