SUMMARY OF POSITION
Kinsley's Training and Development Center is seeking a driven and experienced
Training Coordinator
for our growing team. Based at the Princess Street Campus in York, PA, the Training Coordinator provides administrative support by coordinating and scheduling employee training classes, tracking attendance and compliance, and maintaining complete and accurate training records.
A successful candidate should have strong administrative skills and maintain a high level of accuracy in documentation, tracking, filing, and record maintenance. Being detailed oriented and having strong computer and communication skills is a must.
