Associates earn production incentives for same-day impressions and diagnosing high-value cases.Is committed to personal, professional, and financial (PPF) growth, setting 1-, 3-, and 5-year goals alongside our dedicated team.Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required. All our team is bilingual.Preferred Qualifications & Sedation RequirementsCurrent Arizona permit and clinical experience providing IV moderate sedationExperience with surgical dentistry, extractions and implant-related proceduresExperience treating higher-anxiety and complex restorative patientsActive Arizona dental license in good standingExperience providing nitrous oxide/minimal sedationExperience providing oral conscious sedationAppropriate current Arizona permits/credentials for all sedation services personally providedStrong patient assessment, case selection, documentation, monitoring and emergency-management skillsOur practice also works with an anesthesia provider who provides deep sedation/general anesthesia for appropriate cases. The associate dentist is not required to personally provide general anesthesia. ScheduleFriday availability is required.
