The technician will work in a retail service shop department and may also contribute to a new mobile RV service initiative . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems Perform thorough inspections and reconditioning of pre-owned RVs to prepare them for sale Provide high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with the service team to support both in-shop and mobile service operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years of experience as an RV Technician ( required ) Strong knowledge of RV systems: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and appliances Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS: Valid driver’s license EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Technical training in automotive, mechanical, or RV-specific programs is a plus Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered The pay range for this role is: 25 - 40 USD per hour (West Tawakoni, TX) #J-18808-Ljbffr TPS Talent LLC
