How you'll contribute As a Front Desk Representative, you will provide superior customer service to both patients and other staff members.Additional responsibilities include: Ensuring that all necessary demographic, billing, and clinical information is obtained and entered in the registration system with timeliness and accuracy Greeting patients and handling check-in/check-out process Collecting patient payments Verifying patient demographic and insurance information, updating as needed Other duties as required What we offer Fundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team. Minimum Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED Associate degree preferred Requirements: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Additional skills include: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively and courteously handle patient and family interactions with other staff.
