Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 after 6 months + $2,500 after 1 year
We are hiring qualified behavioral health professionals to join our team and support individuals experiencing mental health, substance-use, and co-occurring disorders.
Entry-level candidates are welcome for eligible positions!Salary Based on Licensure
- LCDC II / LCDC III: $50,000–$57,500
- Bachelor’s LSW: $60,000–$67,500
- LPC / Master’s LSW / LICDC / LICDC-CS: $65,000–$72,500
- LISW / LPCC: $70,000–$80,000
- LPCC-S / LISW-S: $75,000–$83,500
Available Locations
- Whitehall: 1115 S Hamilton Rd, Whitehall, OH 43227
- Columbus: 3409 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43213
- Reynoldsburg: 6895 E Main St, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068
Requirements
- Relevant behavioral health license or credentials for the position.
- Experience requirements vary by role; entry-level counselors are welcome for eligible positions.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- Local candidates preferred. Relocation must be completed before starting; relocation assistance is not available.
