In addition to highly competitive salaries, eligible employees are offered a bonus program, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase program; comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, including robust wellbeing programs; disability and life insurance benefits; paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days; and much more.Expected salary range of $192,600 to $214,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).A senior lawyer who is a highly qualified attorney handling complex legal matters and projects on behalf of the Company.Handle and supervise complex energy transactions; evaluate both legal and business risks and advise clients accordingly with minimal supervision.Review and draft commercial contracts and advise clients accordingly.Work closely with and advise clients on business operations, emergent industry opportunities and developments and other related matters.Projects / duties as assigned.8-years professional experience in a specialized area of law.Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing and to analyze legal materials and data.Excellent legal research, analytical abilities, and knowledge of federal and or state law.Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of legal principles, practices, and procedures, with the ability to apply them to complex assignments.An LLB or JD from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdictions.Law firm experience.4 to 8 years of professional experience drafting contracts.Experience and knowledge of the energy industry and in particular independent power producers and nuclear power plants.Proven legal analytical and drafting abilities.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing; to analyze legal materials and other data; to work in stressful conditions under time deadlines; and to provide realistic risk assessments and practical advice to clients.
