This role involves assisting invasive cardiologists, interventional radiologists, and vascular surgeons in performing interventional procedures within the cardiac catheterization lab. The technologist is responsible for preparing patients, monitoring hemodynamic measurements, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining procedural supplies. This position requires a strong focus on patient safety, radiation protection, and effective collaboration with medical staff. The assignment is scheduled for daytime shifts, totaling 40 hours per week, starting on September 6, 2026, and ending on December 5, 2026. Job Details: Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Accredited School of Radiology required; current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers; ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support; ARRT - Radiology Technician License or ARRT-CT - Certified in Computed Tomography preferred; CRT required Preferred Qualifications: None specified Float: Float rotation may be required Additional Information: Assists in performing interventional procedures, shares responsibilities in imaging acquisition and equipment operation, participates in cross training in all aspects of the Cardiac Catheterization and Interventional Radiology Lab, maintains certification and licensure, and educates patients and families about procedures and treatments.
