Role Reports To Sr Customer Activation Manager Location: North America, United States, Minnesota, Minneapolis Work Location: Hybrid What You Will Do The Customer Activation Manager (Shopper Marketing) is responsible for executing retailer shopper marketing and online and digital marketing programs, gathering and translating ideas into profitable campaigns, analyzing program effectiveness, and collaborating with the corporate marketing team to maximize initiatives and develop new ones. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms Analyze data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts Develop and implement innovative internet marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness, and improve customer satisfaction Lead and manage digital marketing programs including search optimization, affiliated marketing, social networking, and viral marketing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into profitable, promotional marketing campaigns Analyze program effectiveness and utilize findings to enhance market site performance Drive the development of new marketing initiatives in alignment with corporate marketing goals Required Qualifications What we are looking for Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in managing shopper marketing & digital marketing programs University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Marketing or related field Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategy Excellent communication and collaboration skills Desired Qualifications Demonstrated success in guiding business partners through the design process Sales Organization Experience Ability to conceptualize across multiple platforms and drive innovative solutions Excellent visual, written, and oral communication skills In-depth knowledge of design and cultural trends Experience in Consumer Package Goods industry (specifically in the beauty category) Proficiency in leveraging design thinking in a tactical business context What’s In It For You This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors. Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $124,100.00 - $175,200.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
