Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage our end-to-end hiring process across both technical engineering teams and corporate operations. In this role, you will guide candidates seamlessly from their initial introduction through the final offer stage. This foundational position offers a unique chance to design, scale, and refine our organizational recruiting frameworks from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Network Expansion: Actively discover and engage elite talent by utilizing direct outreach, professional networking, internal referrals, and innovative market-mapping methodologies.
• Hiring Strategy & Alignment: Collaborate with department heads and technical leaders to map out core role requirements, establish evaluation rubrics, define success profiles, and launch customized talent search strategies.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough preliminary interviews to evaluate core technical competencies, career goals, organizational alignment, and overall team fit before moving candidates forward.
• Process Logistics & Coordination: Oversee structured interview panels, balance complex interviewer schedules, and deliver a frictionless, transparent experience for every candidate.
• Candidate Advocacy: Function as a dedicated resource and point of contact for applicants, providing proactive communication and constructive feedback that reflects our core values.
• Recruiting Analytics: Maintain rigorous data hygiene within our applicant tracking system. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators—such as pipeline velocity, conversion ratios, and channel performance—to continuously elevate our hiring practices.
• Employer Branding: Elevate our market presence by contributing to optimized job boards, localized career portals, digital networking platforms, and regional recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of comprehensive, full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven focus on hardware, physical product, or complex engineering disciplines.
• Demonstrated track record of identifying passive talent, managing expectations, and successfully navigating competitive candidate offers.
• High proficiency with modern applicant tracking software and advanced candidate database tools.
• Ability to orchestrate multiple open requisitions concurrently while maintaining high standards for both speed and quality.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a native ability to build trust across all tiers of an organization.
