About the Role:

Ricafort Dental PLLC is looking for a skilled and passionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Murfreesboro, TN! Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, and preventive care
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, operatories, and dental equipment following infection control protocols
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist
• Record patient medical histories, treatment notes, and updates in the dental practice management system
• Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and answer clinical questions
• Assist with lab work, impressions, and fabrication of temporary restorations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant clinical environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification in the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience with dental radiography and infection control procedures
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar)
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional demeanor
