About the Role
As an LVN Charge Nurse at Avir at Crockett, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and satisfaction for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing direct patient care and oversight to ensure exceptional outcomes
• Coordinating with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Supervising and mentoring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and other staff members
• Monitoring and reporting patient condition and any changes to the healthcare team
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and experienced LVN Charge Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. If you have:
• A current LVN license in the state of Texas
• Minimum 0 years of experience as an LVN Charge Nurse (or equivalent)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
