Program Analyst - DSS

EHS TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION

Job Description

Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Analyst to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of key organizational programs. You will work cross-functionally to gather and analyze data, track performance metrics, identify process improvements, and ensure programs meet their objectives on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

Monitor program performance against established goals, milestones, and KPIs
Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources
Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership and stakeholders
Identify operational gaps and recommend evidence-based process improvements
Coordinate with program managers, subject matter experts, and external partners
Support budget tracking, resource planning, and procurement activities
Maintain program documentation, records, and standard operating procedures
Assist with risk identification and mitigation planning

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements: Associates or higher and 1-4 years of experience
