You are responsible for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This role requires a unique balance of meticulous cleaning standards and a high degree of empathy. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and emptying wastebaskets.Waste Management: Ensure proper trash disposal and adhere to facility-specific waste protocols to maintain a sterile environment.Supply Management: Keep housekeeping carts and closets stocked and organized to ensure all necessary materials are available for your shift.Resident Rights & Ethics: Strictly comply with Residents' Rights and facility policies. You must be a trustworthy individual who maintains absolute confidentiality regarding resident health conditions and personal information.Professional Collaboration: Maintain positive, respectful relationships with co-workers and clinical staff to ensure the facility runs smoothly.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment (SDS).Miscellaneous Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to meet the evolving needs of the facility.QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).Experience: Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience is preferred.Key Traits: A proactive, detail-oriented attitude with a creative spirit to help maintain a cheerful environment.Reliability: Ability to follow routine daily and weekly schedules while working independently or as part of a group.Complete Care at Care Age is an equal opportunity employer.
