Physician - Psychiatry


Job Details:
Provide psychiatric services in an acute psychiatric unit/institute setting
Manage 12 patient encounters per shift in a 15-bed department
Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible accepted)
Must hold active Alabama medical license or IMLC eligibility
Experience with involuntary commitments preferred
Experience with restraint application preferred
Credentialing timeframe approximately 15 days
No additional certifications required (ACLS, BLS, PALS, etc.)
Start date: June 29, 2026 - Ongoing assignment
