Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Location: Garland County, AR

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule / Shift: Night shift: 19:00 - 07:00

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The RN will provide critical care to patients, utilize advanced medical equipment, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as ordered.
• Manage IV lines, ventilators, and other critical care equipment.
• Provide guidance and support to patients and their families during complex medical situations.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner within the EHR system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute patient care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience is mandatory.
