TLC is a childcare program (8 weeks – 5 years) for WCS employees that follows the WCS calendar. Job Description: Provide care and educational activities for infants and preschool‑age children in a program that meets WCS standards. Qualifications Minimum: high school diploma or GED Experience working with infants and preschool‑age children is preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Citizenship, residency, or work visa required High School/Trade School degree preferred Position Type Full‑Time (typically 180 days per school year with optional part‑time availability) Benefits Low‑cost medical, dental, and life insurance for the employee Enrollment in state retirement plan (TCRS) Discounted child care Paid holidays and training; school schedule 180 working days per school year Compensation Pay rate will be determined by comparable work experience and placement on Grade 2 of the Hourly Classified Salary Schedule.
