Senior Attorney (In-House - Westchester, NY & Southern CT)
We are a healthcare compliance company based in New Canaan seeking experienced attorneys to join our in-house legal team.
We are looking for professionals with backgrounds in professional liability, prosecution, government investigations, compliance, or healthcare law . The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and the ability to handle complex legal and regulatory matters in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting professional liability and healthcare-related matters
- Advising on compliance, regulatory risk, and internal investigations
- Collaborating with leadership on risk mitigation and legal strategy
- Working with outside counsel on litigation and enforcement matters
- Ensuring adherence to applicable healthcare laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- JD and active bar admission
- Experience in litigation, investigations, compliance, or healthcare law
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Prior experience in government, prosecution, or defense-side litigation preferred
