This position is responsible for supporting customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry and quoting through order entry, delivery coordination, and follow-up. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the aggregate, construction materials, or related industries is preferred. Essential Job Functions: Identify and develop new service part sales opportunities across assigned customers, markets and territories focused on the aggregate Industry. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers. Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for service part orders to support the customers within the aggregate industry. Enter and manage customer orders accurately within company systems. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are scheduled and delivered efficiently. Monitor customer orders and proactively communicate changes, delays, or other issues. Follow up on quotes and opportunities to convert inquiries into sales. Identify opportunities to increase sales with existing customers and develop new customer accounts. Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and sales information. Assist with resolving customer concerns and work toward timely solutions. Monitor market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activity. Maintain a professional and positive representation of LJ Inc. in all customer interactions. Perform other duties as assigned. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer visits to promote products, strengthen relationships, and gather market intelligence. Some travel as required.
