Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA

Overview InHome Therapy is hiring a home health Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in and around Loxahatchee to treat adult and geriatric patients. The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and opportunities for growth. What You’ll Do Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT. Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes to help them regain independence. Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided). Be a positive interaction with patients’ daily lives. What You’ll Need Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing. BLS CPR certification. Reliable transportation. Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided). Compensation & Benefits The visit rate ranges from $40 to $50 per visit. Consistent caseload with steady referrals. Flexible schedule with autonomy. Tablet with data plan provided. Mileage reimbursement. Paid training and ongoing mentorship. Leadership opportunities and career advancement.
