Job Description

As a Leadership Development Associate, you will work closely with team leaders and management to gain practical exposure to daily operations, team coordination, performance development, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Support managers and team leaders with daily operational activities
• Assist with team coordination, workflow organization, and performance objectives

• Participate in training and leadership development initiatives
• Communicate professionally with team members, clients, and internal departments
