We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Barista to join the WINNER team. If you love great coffee, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a busy, collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you.

Our Baristas play an important role in creating the welcoming, neighborhood-focused experience that WINNER is known for. You’ll work alongside our front-of-house and kitchen teams to provide excellent coffee, food, and hospitality while keeping service organized, efficient, and enjoyable.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and care
• Providing warm, knowledgeable, and genuine hospitality to every guest
• Taking and processing orders accurately using our POS system
• Answering questions and helping guests navigate our menu and offerings
• Serving pastries, sandwiches, baked goods, and other WINNER products
• Maintaining high standards for beverage and food quality and presentation
• Keeping the bar, counter, and guest-facing areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Restocking coffee, milk, tea, cups, and other service supplies throughout the shift
• Communicating product shortages, equipment issues, and other operational concerns to management
• Opening and closing the café according to WINNER procedures
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
• Working collaboratively with teammates during busy service periods
• Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
• Representing WINNER with professionalism, warmth, and care

• Experienced in a café, coffee, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• Passionate about coffee and interested in continuing to develop their skills
• Warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• A strong communicator and team player
• Open to feedback and eager to learn
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds
• Available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Typical start times: 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM
Schedule runs through lunch service

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys starting their day early and being finished in the afternoon.
