REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centered care plans for diverse rehab populations, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, administer medications and treatments, and educate patients and families on recovery and self-management. You will monitor patient progress, document accurately in the EMR, uphold safety and infection control standards, and support quality improvement initiatives in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with strong career growth potential.
