We empower women through incubation and e‑commerce, supporting over 200 entrepreneurs and partnering with major organizations. Responsibilities Develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all channels. Manage social media accounts, schedule content, and lead a team of interns. Identify and pursue marketing collaborations, maintain database, evaluate ROI. Create creatives and write content for social media, website and campaigns. Handle online reputation, address queries, coordinate with CRM. Organise and host company events, manage vendor lists and participation. Requirements Experience in marketing and content creation. Strong digital marketing tactics knowledge and ability to optimize campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Leadership experience and ability to manage a team. Experience & Skills Minimum bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred). Good relationship management skills. Calm, mature personality. Creative, social media enthusiast.
