Business Performance Senior Manager, Integration Management

Amgen seeks a strategic execution leader to drive successful M&A integration delivery within the Results Delivery Office. The role coordinates cross-functional workstreams, manages governance and change management, and works closely with senior leadership to achieve integration milestones while maintaining business continuity. The position offers significant exposure to enterprise strategy and decision-making across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated execution plans, governance frameworks, milestones, and reporting dashboards
- Oversee cross-functional integration workstreams, managing deliverables, risks, and dependencies with escalation
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and task forces to resolve blockers and accelerate delivery
- Drive change management initiatives including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training
- Prepare executive summaries and briefing materials to inform leadership decision-making on integration status
Requirements
- Deep expertise in change and project management methodologies
- Experience leading product teams or managing M&A integrations
- Ability to interface with and synthesize inputs from cross-functional experts
- Demonstrated adaptability and performance in fast-moving environments
- Strong executive communication and decision-making facilitation skills
- Experience with complex cross-functional program execution
