Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.17 / Hour Job Schedule: Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location. Monitor access control points and help deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, screening visitors, maintaining entry and exit records, and communicating access requirements to staff and guests. Support truck gate, dock, and yard access operations by checking inbound and outbound traffic, documenting deliveries and pickups, and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and assist with security-related incident documentation and notification procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, perimeter, parking areas, and shipping and receiving zones, noting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or maintenance concerns. Minimum Requirements At least 6 months of security-related experience. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles. High school diploma or equivalent. Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Applicants with criminal histories may be considered consistently with applicable laws. Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
