The firm aims to create long-term value through disciplined investment strategies and data-driven analysis. Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, TX. The Associate will support the evaluation and execution of real estate investments, including financial modeling, market research, and due diligence for potential acquisitions and dispositions. Daily responsibilities include analyzing property-level and portfolio-level performance, preparing investment memoranda and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners such as brokers, lenders, and legal advisors. The Associate will help track market trends, maintain internal databases and reports, and contribute to asset management initiatives to maximize returns. This role involves working closely with senior team members and offers opportunities for professional growth in real estate investing. Qualifications Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including proficiency with Excel and familiarity with cash flow analysis and valuation methods. Knowledge of real estate investment concepts, including market analysis, underwriting, due diligence, and asset management. Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear investment materials, reports, and presentations. High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners while exercising sound judgment. Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, business, or a related field; relevant internship or professional experience in real estate or investment analysis is preferred. 2 years minimum work experience.
