*About our Pay Plan

• New employees have a guaranteed weekly salary of $1,000/wk

• Additional bonus pay outs can be earned on top of guaranteed weekly pay for new employees as well as when employees transition to our commission structured pay plan.

• Earning potential based on performance and pay plan structure $52,000-$100,000+

What You'll Be Doing

• Get to know our lineup of vehicles well enough to speak to them confidently

• Walk customers through a low-pressure, needs-first buying journey

• Run engaging test drives and walk-arounds that get people excited about their next vehicle

• Represent our one-price, no-haggle approach to car buying

• Stay connected with prospects and past customers via calls, texts, and thoughtful follow-up

• Make sure every delivery feels like a milestone for the customer

• Shoot quick, casual inventory videos for our website and social channels

• Get out into the Rutland community and grow your own book of business

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or a related customer-facing role preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple leads, and stay organized.

• Self-motivated, goal driven, and eager to learn about automotive products and sales techniques.

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
