ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I've been a State Farm agent for seven years and have been with State Farm for nearly 12 years, starting my career right out of college. Growing up locally and graduating from Unioto High School, I've always had strong ties to this community and enjoy serving the people who live here.

Outside of the office, I stay active in the community through the Chamber of Commerce, local athletics like the YMCA basketball league, and the running community. Being involved locally is something I truly value.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shane Maier - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
