Estimator Highlights of what our Estimator will do: Review construction documents and understand scope of work to bid Execute take-offs of construction documents Input take-offs into spreadsheet Solicit and obtain pricing for materials and subcontractors Determine the cost of all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractors to complete the project Inform immediate supervisor of any observed inaccuracies or omissions in quoted items or computer database Prepare cost analysis by capturing all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs required for installation of projects Other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as an Estimator will include, but not limited to: Intermediate skill level in Excel and mathematics Detail-oriented and strong work ethic Ability to be flexible with work schedule; overtime may be required Good verbal and written communication skills Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 1-3 years of landscape experience a plus Perks and Pluses: Healthcare benefit program and 401(k) match program 9 paid holidays per year with paid vacation & sick leave
